Greetings Penguins!
So…there’s a whole bunch of buzz about the smoke that’s been spotted and I’ve been kinda curious. I managed to sit down with someone on the team who helps with the island map. And here’s what he had to say about the whole thing:
Q: Is this smoke we’re seeing coming from a volcano? Or is it a mountain?
A: At first I thought it might be the Tallest Mountain, but it can’t be. After all, there are taller mountains surrounding the one that’s smoking. And when you think about it, it must be a volcano! Most of the mountains on Club Penguin have snow on the top of them, but that mountain has never had any snow on it.
Q: Does this have anything to do with the ninja stuff that’s happening?
A: Well I can’t give away all our secrets, but I’ve noticed that the ninjas in Club Penguin have been very active lately!
Q: Um…Haven’t you noticed that there’s no TREAT shop on the map?
A: I suppose there are no treat shops, but if you ever need to satisfy your sweet tooth go to the kitchen at the Pizza Parlor and turn the big red lever on the Pizzatron 3000!
Not sure that my curiosity’s been satisfied…but at least we know it’s a volcano. And even though nobody’s willing to confirm it, I still wonder if all these mysterious things are related. Let me know if you hear anything else.

In Other News: We’re working on organizing the blog a bit – You might notice today that you’ll only be able see the last three months of What’s New posts.

Hello Penguins!
Have you seen it? Hmmm… Lots of mysterious things going on around the island right now!!

Keep your eyes open for more clues about exciting things to come. And speaking of clues, the scavenger hunt’s been extended until Sept. 28, so there’s a bit more time to help Sensei! Good luck.
In other news: The new igloo furniture catalog was released and the green Puffle Bean Bag (the chair you decided on) is there! Let me know how it looks in your igloo.

Hello Penguins!
There’s lots happening all over the island – like Sensei’s scavenger hunt, and more on the way for ninjas (your guesses all week were really cool, by the way). There’s even ninja stuff happening OFF the island!! Check out this new Sensei penguin toy:

We’ve heard that some of you’ve had a hard time finding the toys, so we’re excited to let you know they’re available in more places now – like Target in the US – hopefully they’ll be easier to spot now! Be sure to let us know.
Card-Jitsu Trading Cards Series 2 are in stores now too, and the team’s always working on new stuff, so if you have ideas for trading cards, we’d love to know what you’d like to see!

Hello Penguins!
You’ve still got time to help Sensei find fiery stuff. If you haven’t yet, check out the scavenger hunt! I’ve gotta admit I got a bit stuck with the “grumpy puffle” clue – thankfully tons of penguins were really great at helping with some extra hints…

Let us know how you’re doing with the scavenger hunt – and tell us about any other cool stuff you and your buddies are doing on the island right now!

Hello Penguins!
Last week we asked you for all the best things about being a ninja and we heard from lots of you. Here’s what Cena12121 said:
There is so many wonderful things about being a ninja. Including – wearing ninja customes, buying the Dojo igloo, having access to the secret Ninja Hideout, and much more. But my favorite part is having ninja powers, like disapearing and making vanishing clouds. It is different than anyother thing in Club Penguin! I hope the Sensei will teach us more ninja moves in the future.
Agreed – Very cool to be a ninja. This week, we’d love to hear about which is your favorite Card-Jitsu Power Card. Here are a couple from the online game:
If you want, you can talk about your offline cards too!
Use the comment form to write your answer. We’ll post one (50 – 75 words please) in next week’s Reviewed By You blog. And if your comment is posted, we’ll add 10,000 coins to your penguin account. Don’t forget to use your penguin name so we can add coins!

Hello Penguins!
Have you seen it? That crazy orange sky? Wherever you look, the sky has turned orange in Club Penguin!!

We’d love to know what you think is going on with that…
In other news: I heard that Sensei’s here and there’s a Scavenger Hunt – have you been collecting fiery items? Let us know!

Hello Penguins!
There’s something brand new coming out on the island and we’re thinking it’s gonna be BIG!! I don’t want to say too much and give away any surprises…but I can show you this:

That doesn’t give too much away, right? What do you think? Can’t wait to hear your ideas.

Hello Penguins!
It’s the last day of 101 Days of Fun and today we’d love to hear from you about the creative adventures that you and your buddies do all the time all over the island – What’s one activity that you think other penguins around the island would enjoy doing as well?
Even though the 101 days are done, we got such great feedback with the offline activities that the team’s working to keep ‘em coming!! We’re going to be updating that part of the website and we’ll have more offline activities really soon.
In Other News: Make sure you earn tickets & collect as many prizes as you can because The Fair party’s done Sept. 13! I gotta get myself a moustache…and quick!

Hello Penguins!
Back in July, we held a Book Writing Contest in the Club Penguin Times. Thanks to everyone who submitted their stories. We had a blast reading all of them! Check out the winning stories in the latest “Penguin Tales,” now available in the Book Room.
These penguins will find their stories published there:
Congratulations, writers!
In other news: The Prize Booths at The Fair have been updated with an item or two. Make sure you check them out before the party finishes on Sunday night. We wouldn’t want you to miss anything before The Fair packs up!

Hello Penguins!
Last week we asked you about your plans for The Fair. We thought Fruithill was pretty creative:
My plan for the fair is:
1. Play fair games and use points to get the brilliant prizes,
2. Play my tuba at the lighthouse wearing purple,
3. Go to all the parties that I can,
4. Chat with my friends using emotes only,
5. THINK HOW GREAT CLUB PENGUIN IS!
And if I can manage I’m going to hold the best dance contest ever!
Even if you’re not doing exactly what Fruithill’s doing (like being in the Lighthouse wearing purple and playing a tuba!), we hope you’re having a blast earning tickets and getting prizes. The Fair will end on Sept. 13, but there’s never a shortage of cool things coming up. This week we want to know all the best things about being a ninja!
